THE EIGHT SURFACES
Eight screens. One backend. No shared compromise.
A printer operator with gloves on and a bookkeeper reconciling invoices do not want the same screen. Each surface is built for the person using it and the device it runs on.
Admin console
55+ sections behind one nav. Dashboards, print jobs, triage, orders, CRM, inbox, billing, the board and settings. This is where the shop is configured and where anything unusual gets resolved.
Operator kiosk
A touch station per printer. Auto-logs in by the tablet's address, so nobody types a password with gloves on. Grab the next job, crop and reprint a bad region, move work to another printer.
QA bench
Every sheet gets a verdict: pass, fail, missing or crop. Bulk verdicts for a run. A pack desk, a picks list, and boards that catch what fell through a gap.
Handheld scanning
Scan-driven QA and shipping on a four inch screen. The device is paired, not password protected, so it is ready the moment it is picked up.
Partner portal
Your customers see their own orders, invoices, statements, payment methods and branding. They cannot reach anything in admin.
Warehouse wallboard
A 1920 by 1080 display for the wall. Queue depth and priority alerts, refreshed every ten seconds. Readable across the bay.
Proof and quote links
A proof to approve or decline, a quote to accept, opened from a link. No account, no password, no support ticket about a login.
Device shell
A server-rendered launcher for the handheld app, so changing the home screen is a template edit and not a reinstall. Over-the-air releases and kiosk provisioning.
